AIEEE form mistake-how to fix it ?

Hello sir! I want to tell you that i committed some mistake while filling the AIEEE application form.Those mistakes are as following:

• I pasted the colored photograph.
• The photograph does not have name and date written on it.

So, Plz tell is my form liable to be rejected due to these mistakes.
NOTE :EXPERT ADVICE NEEDED.
Plz reply soon. I am so worried................

Generally they will not approve it but there cases is that such mistakes are ignored. Now all you can do is wait and hope that that you get your hall ticket.
