Fact: 15.67% primary schools in India are having 1 or no teachers

Again this is a irony for the country. 15.67% Primary schools in India are not having any or only 1 teacher.

How come with these figures we are expecting a bright Indian future when initial of our children is not proper ?

Moreover, I don't think that even school with 2-3 primary teacher can be able to any thing because usually if they are paid by govt. then they have mentality to just do formalities and nothings else.
