Svchost.exe - Application error - How to resolve or Fix this error

Svchost.exe application error coming - with a intrustion at "0x781cb24" referend Memory at "0x7801cb29" the memory could not be written,

How to resolve or fix this issue ?

I have checked with window updated and made that manually still the problem is same.

if you are using windows xp (which i think you must be using) then this problem is most probably due hardware compatibility most common method is to update windows which you have already done so i think you should just ignore it but if it is creating a lot of nuisance then do a fresh install.
(this type of errors occur when you do a lot of program installing or uninstalling which makes xp a bit unstable. )
Don't take my advice as last option this is just my personal experience that i had with xp right now i am using WINDOWS 7 build 7600 and i am telling you its awesome you don't get such errors and its as fast as xp.

I forgot to reply here, since you have done fresh installation but if again happens then try to repair registry with ccleaner or some registry repairing tool, still problem persist then can do windows repair.
