I am looking for a mobile phone in Rs. 1000 budget. There are no special requirement but main thing is that it must be very reliable. I am looking for cheap for as a backup phone . I may use if heavily at times . Brand is no preference but as said, should be reliable phone.
Check out nokia or micromax and their is an american brand called alcatel.
Happy shopping i am not much well versed with the low end phones.
Hawaii is another strong devil.
