You can't get this plan coz this plan is not available now it was available earlier. You Should try BSNL limited plan which has a montly bill of 499 as per the detail available on BSNL official website. There's also a plan available for you if you don't want to spend 499 for your broadband which has cost of 250 but it's not unlimited. I suggest you to go with 499 plan coz it's better than limited plan of 250. Now it's all up to you.. choose best ..
