Can i get a laptop powered with Corei3 processor under 35,000?

As i am looking to buy a new laptop and collecting information about laptop that varies in different range. Well, i was just figuring whether there is any machine which will be powered with Core i3 processor and falls under a budget of not more than 35,000. Please suggest me on of the best option with whom i can go with. Please help me out with this.
