Sony Xperia M- how to transfer application to SD card ?

Hi friends, I purchased this phone a while ago but I am facing problem of application taking up all space in the phone and I can't transfer applications to sd card. Please some one suggest how can I do this ? it is taking all space and I can now no more install big application but my SD card is all free , I have installed 16 GB card and no use of it. how to use this space on sd card for this phone ?

You need to root your phone then there are various way to do this. You can even install custom ROM if you can find one. Link2SD is a good application which will help you a lot. Remember rooting your phone voids your warranty.
