in my spice mi-450 phone bsnl 3g net is very slow while voda, airtel & aircel are good. Some time the sign of 'E' disappeare and net is stops.

It is not issue with your phone but from my experience I can say its issue with BSNL, sometimes E disappears if network's data slot is over loaded. So I think the area where you are using BSNL internet is facing congestion issue. I think its time to switch to some better internet provider for mobile.
