Hello team eTI,
I am experiencing very low volume on receiver during calls on my Lenovo K6 Power, even putting on speaker is also not serving the purpose. Taking outdoor calls is like nightmare. But when playing audio/video clips there seems no issue.
Please help me here.
Most of the Lenovo K6 Power customers are complaining about this Mic volume problem. An OTA Update to this handset seems to have broken the microphone functionality of the device. The issue seems to affect almost every app or feature that makes use of the microphone.
You just have to install the latest OTA update rolled out via Lenovo company to solve this Mic low volume issues of your K6 Power.
