I am going to buy Spice MI-270 but I am little hesitate about this handset due to the brand value. I always used branded handset like nokia, sony ericsson and samsung. So, just tell me that can i trust on this company ?

I suggest you to increase your budget little bit so that you can buy branded phone but you may not get the android feature with them and if you want a android handset than you can buy a dell XCD28 which have a price tag of around Rs. 7500 /-...
but at last the choice is yours...

Go for branded phones like samsung or nokia, spice is not to good brand as per my opinion go for other this thinking about spice one.
