My mobile no is 9448046077 which is a post paid cell one sim. I gave a letter to BSNL Jayanagar Telephone exchange post paid mobile incharge clerk, requesting her to upgrade my sim with 3G facility. she did some thing on computer and i got a smson my mobile giving username and password. She did not tell what i should next. I was taken back by her gestures indicating she does'nt care. when opened my mobile inbox i received user name and password ,i dont know what to do next. kindly help me how can see my mail messages. and send my mail by internet
