Hi !

My father recently had a accident, he survived it with few browses but our car Hyundai Santro was damaged badly in this accident. It was insured from a insurance company covering accident also. we have completed all the formalities regarding the claim, but the insurance company is not willing to give us the money and are not giving any justifiable reason for doing so?????

Kind suggest me which way to go from here??

I think you should talk to the senior officials of this insurance company, nowadays you can easily get the email id of these senior officials from the company's website. Explain them your case and i am sure they will help you and provide you with needed answers!!!!!!
