    Browser not supported Error in BSNL Selfcare portal

    Advert.
    When I click on existing BSNL customer Clickhere, I get error the browser is not supported.
    What browser version is supported.

    Hi Avinash, welcome to eTI.

    Can you tell what browser you are using , like is it internet explorer or Firefox for Google Chrome etc? Also tell us what version you are running.

    I tried on Firefox 13.0.1 as displayed in about information of Firefox and IE 9.0.3.

    Open IE and press F12, then below you will see option Browser Mode , change it to Internet Explorer 7 then try to open it.
