Ok this question is not really clear but as far as I understand, the issue you are facing is quite common and clearly issue of bad timing. Generally on high speed, car need more air and fuel and timing is not proper, it gives you feeling of missing breadth.. is that you are facing.. then get it to some other mechanic and get it re-tuned.

There could also be a problem with the engine harness wire. It happens when a rat enters your engine bay and nibbles at your Engine Harness Wire. Due to which the ECU is unable to provide the engine with the proper air fuel mixture.
