Reading a newspaper early in the morning i struck to a particluar place where it was mentioned that pranab mukherjee has presented a new rule which is called as GAAR and it will came into existence from April 2013. Problem of mine is one of my friend told me that since your have an export and import business and mainly you import from mauritius so you should know about it.
So, anyone out here can help me regarding this news. please

The full form of GAAR is General Anti Avoidance Rule and this rule has been delayed and will came into existence from April 2016. By the way there is no such thing mention inside the rule which shake you up.
