How to increase Samsung rv518 laptop speed without changing the HDD?

I am using samsung rv518 from 2 years. I like samsung products very much and their customer service so i finally decided that yes i will buy a samsung laptop for sure. Just a few week earlier i discovered a problem in which the HDD is becoming serious bottleneck and now irritating. Since it has plenty of RAM, once everything is loaded then things run fine, infact I am so much annoyed that I do not close app once opened because loading form HDD is irritating.

Please anyone with better suggestion can help

I have been Dell user for past 4 years and to keep my laptop fast, I always made it a point to run CCleaner and defrag tools once a while so that all unnecessary files and processes gets killed when I use my laptop. You too can try such tools to enhance your laptop performance. I couldn't understand what you meant here:
