Yes it is...but both are same for trading purpose.

Online trading is increasing as offline trading as the risk factor and all the transaction with the accuracy,transparency is maintain in online trading.So it is better to use online trading as excess is available from anywhere.

Offline trading is old and traditional way of trading. Usually a trader palaces his order by means of brokers under this. Whereas in online trading a trader can himself place his order . Online trading is more convenient and smart way to trade.
