I'm a 24 years old female, having back pain, temperature, weakness and due to illness i sleep for like 12hours. Is there any sort of infection? And if so what antibiotics should i take?

Is it that pain in back is just below ribs, you also feel weekness and have fever too, well I guess you should get an ultrasound done for kidney stone asap. You should also get CBC test to see if your RBC level are good incase if you have any kidney problem. Best is to visit doctor and do not ignore sign as you have all signs of infection due to kidney stone.
