I filled the online application form for passport in tatkal and then submitted it. I scheduled the appointment but i was not aware about the required annextures needed in tatkal so it took some time for me to arrange that and i cancelled the appointment. Then i rescheduled the appointment for 28 oct 2014,but they refused to give me token as there was some problem with the birth certificate. Now i have all the required documents and i want to reschedule the appointment as i still have one more chance for appointment scheduling. But the "schedule appointment" link is grayed out. what should i do now?

Generally you are provided with three appointment be it Tatkal or Normal passport. While booking for Tatkal appointment, was there any option to choose quota i.e Normal or Tatkal ?
