Running away or eloping is not a solution to your problem. You will invite unwanted trouble to not only yourself but both families too. Why don't you consult your father and ask for his help. Marriage of Hindu-Muslim is still a taboo in India but not impossible. You have not even mentioned your ages. If you both are legally adult then you are free to marry anyone you want.

But as said, there are many things which needs to be considered. Like .. are you capable enough to face people after intercaste marriage. Are you well-settled to take care of the girl and so on .

My short suggestion is to talk to your parents first and then see what can be done.
