You need to do nothing, she just showed you that she is not interested more than a friend. Like the way you are thinking to get engaged with you, she may also be looking way to get rid of you.

So better have clear discussion with her and find reason why she denied your proposal. Atleast be good friend to her and stop proposing indirectly.
