Dear Sir,

Please help me i have applied online indian passport. i have complete indian passport fee process also. but my date of birth is 26 jan 1989. i don't have municipal birth certificate but i have all other documents are completed with original like 10th certificate, Aadhar card, voter card, pan card etc. if i'm not illegible to apply indian passport without municipal birth certificate so please refund my fee. i am very worry regarding this so please help me for regarding this.

I hope you know the rules that passport fee is non refundable . There is no exception , its plain non-refundable.
