Paytm-Transaction not allowed due RBI guidelines

    Advert.
I use paytm regularly when there are some good offers available on it. today I was trying to do a bill payment for Torrent Power Ltd for amount 8235, everything went fine but when I reached "complete your payment" page where it asks for the mode by which I would to pay, I saw big message saying :

Transaction not allowed using Paytm Wallet for this amount due to RBI guidelines. Please pay using other payment modes
I don't it is such a big amount that I can't pay using paytm. Or if it is not allowed then where I can find that how much amount can be paid using Paytm ?

I think you have crossed monthly expenditure limit for your Paytm account because Paytm can't allow transaction more than Rs. 10000 per month for non-verified customer, you have to submit KYC details to make bigger or more transaction per month using paytm.

And why don't ask paytm customer care that is [email protected]
