You can't obtain a passport closure report from a PSK other than the one where you applied. But it is advisable to contact the PSK in Hyderabad or Bhubaneswar for further guidance. You can lodge a grievance with the Passport Seva Call Centre at 1800-258-1800 or visit the helpdesk at your nearest PSK for more information
