There is no difference in these two models, Both have same camera, display resolution and also similar in hardware configuration.
There is only one difference and its their price tag Lenovo K5 note is cheaper than Samsung J7 Prime.
So in my opinion i recommend you Lenovo K5 Note over J7 Prime.
