There is a girl who live next door to me and came in here as a student and i am a local in here she noticed me but she thinks i am younger than her but we both are in 12 class so how should i approach her??

At this time age is not a big issue and as you mentioned she notice you so i think there is no problem in approaching someone but according to me you should approach her for friendship and if you both can be good friends then you can take this friendship one step ahead.
