well i have file named swordfish mp4 fi;e so i want to convert it into avi format so temme whats the procedure for converting ?

You need to play little bit with super converter.

You first need to give the source file and then give the output format. You should right click to see its menu. You can get all info from there. Basically, when you want to convert a file then you have to tell which video format to use and which Audio format. The SUPER comes with predefined settings like for DVD, for MP4, for Mobile, for VCD etc.. just select the one you need and it will choose most appropriate settings and then start conversion.

Conversion can take very long time depending upon the size of video and output format.
