I have a problem with my monitor. I have Belinea CRT 19 monitor and since few days ago it slightly flashes. First I thought that I have problem with my graphic card, but regarding the fact that I have bought it month ago, my friend told me that it is not a case. Do you know what could be cause? Thanks!
