I am writing to share my recent experience with a phone that has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I've been using the phone from previous three months and it seems like the battery doesn't last very long.
I have to charge it 2-3 times a day and it takes just as long to charge as it does to discharge. It only gives me about 4-5 hours of battery backup. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
Even when I'm not using it, when the phone is in idle condition, the battery still discharges about 10-20% every hour.
Can anyone help me out why its happening so. Does other users have also experience this or its happening with my phone only?
