TVS SR125 is the essentially the Same Flame but under a New name.
Supreme court of India had issued an interim order allowing TVS continuous producing the Flame series but had restricted the company from marketing them.
The order comes on the back of an interim stay from Madras high Court that had in effect okay and TVS Plans to manufacture Flame.
