when ever i run like java and other 3D applications run on my pc, the desktop screen is going like scratches.
if holding the window pane and shake it, its little ok to see.
is this my driver problem?
please help me!

try to re install java.. also please check system environment variable for java...

You have not mentioned your graphic card make and driver version.

Just make sure there is proper graphic card driver installed and is latest version.
