how con i break/hack administrator password other than safe mode?

Well.. I have done this few times if you have direct access to that machine.

Simply boot computer with windows Installation CD and then run Repair which it asks automatically.

Now the trick is to keep your eye on the lower left hand side of the screen and when you see the Installing Devices progress bar, press SHIFT + F10 and you will see a command console will now open up giving you the potential for wide access to your system.

After this at the prompt, type NUSRMGR.CPL and press Enter. And you will see User Accounts Management in the Control Panel. Now you can do whatever you want, change password or manage other users..
