One fine day i received a MSG from IDEA that my mobile number is having a wrong IMEI number after that i checked the same on SPICE WEBSITE for i am having SPICE D88n Mobile Phone.

Found :
1) IMEI no on back of Handset i.e. on sticker is ok and valid also shows the warranty status on site.
2) But the problem is the IMEI no i get on Handset is different and is wrong.

i.e. IMEI no in software is Wrong and One on STICKER (Backside of Handset is correct)

What can i do ? Suggest me so that i can continue to use the handset

you should consult your SPICE customer care

i already did mail to them twice but it seems that they are lazy.
I want to know that can any person change the IMEI number or this can be done only in service centers
