Both are good bikes, the Karizma ZMR is a good upgrade but most is visual while R15 is for those who are looking purely for sporty spirit.
To make it simple, if you want a bike which looks impressive and have some presence then go for Karizma ZMR which is still one of the most desirable Indian bike while if you are sporty and have intention to hit race track regularly then R15 has no match!
