Two backseater ? Hopefully you know that triple riding on bike is illegal. Anyways, for Rs. 50-60K there are many option. But you said 80Km/hr without vibration then go for 150cc bike. However, you won't get good mileage from 150cc bike. For 60-70kmple, you need sub 150cc bike.
Then I suggest you, give a look to discover 135 cc as it can accommodate 3 riders along with good mileage and smooth riding at speed you asked for !
