Unhappy windows7 scheduler won't run .Bat files (permission issue with batch files)

    Advert.
    Hi,
Can somebody tell me this: I have been using DOS based .bat files for my users to run for copying their files (backup) on a routine basis. But as we know users are a bit lethargic and they want the system to run it for them !! Fair enough! But even after allocating "full" user rights and making the user a part of the admin group the .bat file does not run, but it can be run manually AND successfully. The scheduler does not mind this .bat file at all - how do I solve this..
