Laptop model no HP G62-361TX - Bluetooth not working
Hi
My friend has laptop model no HP G62-361TX and she can't get its bluetooth working. We tried to install lastest drivers from HP website and also uninstalled and reinstalled but it is not turning. The bluetooth icon stays grayed all the time. I have windows 7 in that laptop. Is that out laptop is flawed or I have wrong drivers.

Are you sure you have right driver for your laptop. Moreover, windows 7 comes with almost all common bluetooth device native support. Make sure you have turned on switch which mostly in all laptops to turn bluetooth and wifi on / off.
I also cant make my bluetooth work even if the wifi switch is on . I can also see the bluetooth icon but i cant add any device . also no one is able to find my bluetooth
I am suffering from same problem. When i installed bluetooth driver from HP official site then during the setup it shows bluetooth not found..
