Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree with MBA (2-years’ full time/3-years’ part-time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing, or Post Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics/ Agri-business/ Rural Management/ Cooperative Management / Banking / Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant

Other Requirements Persons working in Central / State Govt. Deptts., public under-takings, autonomous/ statutory bodies, semi govt. institutions, banks and financial/ developmental institutions, govt. companies or cooperative/ academic institution, fulfilling the eligibility criteriae of educational qualifications and experience as prescribed for the given post will be eligible for being considered for appointment on deputation terms.

General Details :
The officer selected on deputation basis shall have the option either to draw his/her grade pay plus deputation (duty) allowance or to have his/her pay fixed in the pay band and grade pay attached to the post in accordance with the Deptt. of Personnel and Training OM No.2/8/97-Estt. (Pay II) dated 11.3.1998 as amended from time to time. Besides Pay + Grade Pay, the posts carry D.A, H.R.A. and Transport Allowance at Central Govt. rates.
Officers selected for the posts of Deputy Director in the area of Training will be posted at TOPIC Centre at Gurgaon and shall be provided accommodation in the residential campus at TOPIC Centre Gurgaon and will not be eligible for HRA. Other benefits include Medical reimbursement and LTC as per rules of the Corporation. The remaining3 posts of Deputy Director in the Corporation involves liability to serve anywhere in the country. At present the incumbents are likely to be posted in Regional Office of the Corporation.
The selection will be made on the basis of assessment of ACRs for the last 5 years and personal discussions.
