I have a tata docomo post paid connection. Sometimes the service provider changes to Airtel/Vodafone/CellOne automatically.
So the incoming and outgoing call facility is blocked. What is the reason.

Your problem could be due to low /weak signal in your area. Whenever signal for Docomo service towers go too weak, the phone gets into roaming mode and try to connect to other network. But when there is already Tata docomo present in that area, it is not allowing roaming locally. You can either try some other phone which comes with better signal reception or you can complaint to TATA docomo about it.
