    True.. Legs are the two pillars of the building(body). Reducing wieght can help patients with degenerative OA knee. If one reduces 1 kg body weight there is 3 kg less weight a knee has to bear and vice versa.

    stairs put lot of strain on knees and in future there might be a chance of knee joint replacement.
    So,be aware about your weight and eat healthy and nutrition rich food.

    Very true body weight should be maintained properly as it automatically removes strain from legs. I have seen lot of people facing this problem after their fifties these days. Thanks for sharing.
