Meditation Doesnt require Particular time.. Whever U get time U can do meditation
But As par Me.. Morning time is best coz that time we dont have any work presseure and not any others things going in ur mind. That time u can Freely meditate.
For Meditation:- Sit in a silent Place ( It can be ur bedroom or garden). Fold ur leges.. Close ur Eyes.. and Consentrate in ur forhead ( Enter of the Both eye)..... where we usualy put TILAK. .. Take Deep Breath.. Hold ur Breath for sec. and then release....
Do this activity for 10-20 minuts... Believe me u feel fresh...

but how 2 concentrate
For practice of Consentration:-
Just take a Paper and Make a Big Circle & And in the middle of cirle make a smallest circle and color the black cirle with black color.
Just tag into a plain wall and sit alleast 5 feet far from the wall. And try to consentrate on the center circle for long.
Try it.. By this practice you can consentrate on ur daily work and office work and studies...
Its realy a good Exercise for students ...
