i have been lifting for over 2 and a half years and about 7 months ago i stoped because my lifting partner joined the navy. i would have gone to but because of my diabeties i was not able to go. now i am trying to get back into the rut of things and i am back to being a wuss. my one rep max droped from 260 lbs to 180lbs, and my abs are outlined but also fatty. i was wondering if any one would know a better way of getting rid of that fat and boosting my muscle mass with out screwing with the diabeties
