Flash Player Installation Problems / WIndows 7/ Vista 64 Bit/ MAC OSX
Windows XP / Vista 32 bit / Windows 7 32 bit
If You have installed Adobe flash player successfully and after that when you surf websites you get message saying upgrade flash player which you already did then check for following troubleshooting steps
Internet explorer 8
*First open Internet explorer 8
*then go to Tools
*then go to manage add ons
*then in right hand side there will be a drop down menu , select " all ons "
*then check for "shockwave flash object" - check if its enable or not , if not make it enable
*Then check for java - Make all java enable
*then surf the website like "youtube"
Hope this will resolve the problem if not try the following.
*Go to start
*then go to control panel
*then go to programs and features
*then Unistall a program
*then check for flash player plugin and active X
*Unistall both
*Restart your computer ( MUST)
*Open IE 8
*Click on Tools
*Then click on internet options
*Then Security Tab
*Then click on Custom Level
*Then Check for "ACTIVE X Scriplets" if its disable , make it enable
*Then Click on apply and ok ( close the box)
( It might click you pop do want to make changes - click yes)
*then got to get.adobe.com/flashplayer
*Download flash player
*Then restart Internet Explorer
*then go to "website like " youtube.com"

*then check for "Active X Filtering' Make it unchecked / or disable.
*then in right hand side there will be a drop down menu , select " all ons "
*then check for "shockwave flash object" - check if its enable or not , if not make it enable
*Then check for java - Make all java enable
*then surf the website like "youtube"
This will surely resolve your problem because in Internet explorer " ACtive X Filtering " blocks flash obejects to work on your computer.
If you disable it you will able to enjoy all your video's and games.
if you still facing issue then try the following ( 100% result)
*Go to start
*then go to control panel
*then go to programs and features

For vista 64 bit Adobe coming with new flash player 11.2 which is still a beta version . But you can download and resolve your problem related flash player
*You just need to go to "http://Labs.adobe.com"
* look for flash player 11.2 beta in home page
Then download the flash player Active X for your broswer. and run it
Adobe flash player is only compatible with Intel based MAC osx and MAC OS version should be X 10.5.8 / 10.6 /10.7
MAC has very simple troubleshooting steps
* Unistall flash player using unistaller

Uninstall Flash Player | Mac OS
*Download the unistaller save it and run the unistaller
*Restart the computer ( MUST)
*Then reinstall it from Adobe - Install a different version of Adobe Flash Player player
*restart the browser
It will work fine
But for MAC OSX which has power pc like G4 or G5
best suggestion to upgrade your computer to Intel base processor
or try the lower version of flash player
