hi, i have purchased the Samsung mobile in eBay but i didn't receive the item and someone hacked my eBay account which i use to use to communicate with the eBay regarding by product but now i complaint to eBay through customer care but couldn't receive any sort of information on that i would like to know how to proceed on this and my mail Id is vardhanemb@gmail.

You said your account was hijacked, chances are that item has been delivered to some other place already as the hijacker may have changed the address. You should try to find who hijacked your account and then first make complaint to police cyber cell because I think eBay is at not fault. Try to find if it's already delivered or not.
If yes..then where?
