Hi,
I see lots of places about MediaTek Quadcore powered phone and Qualcomm quadcore processor phone .Please guide me which phone is better if one one powered with Mediatek quadcore processor and one is powered with qualcomm based quad core processor . Say both are running at same speed of 1.2 Ghz, then tell me which one will be better ?

It also depends which chipset we are comparing because there are many chipset version supported by both running quadcore processor. Generally MediaTek chipset based phones are cheaper compared to similarly powered qualcomm processor. Here mediatek has edge over qualcomm as they have better GPU as well as low on power consumption. Moreover, Mediatek based phones support higher MP camera. So if you have two phones in similar price group one is powered by qualcomm and one by mediatek then Mediatek one is likely to be more powerful and feature rich.
