Hi friends, while I am searching for Whey protein I wonder, is it better to use egg protein instead of whey because finding quality whey protein at good price seems to be a daunting task to me now. I think egg white protein which is albumin is good one also as we can atleast have assurity that egg protein is real protein. I also think that because protein powders are so costly there are great chances of counterfiet products.
Please suggest me which protein is better for workout from Egg albumin and Whey powder ?
