I cant register at selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in.
It keeps me showing following error:

Broadband user ID is invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in your service.
I have used my portal ID, my broadband ID but everytime it is giving me same error. Please help me .. first I can't open it because I cant remember my password but now I can't register.
Please help.
What is client ID?where is it in the bill?
