Hi ,
I have been adviced to take good amount of protein because I just joined GYM , I am taking red meat, chicken as my main source of protein and now taking them from a month . Now I want to know whether I am taking too much or crossing limits ? I don't want to take more than required protein?
I know one should take around of 1gm of protein per KG of weight but how to make sure I am not crossing limit ?
