SSHD hardrive for laptop (Hybrid Hard drive) or 7200 rpm normal hard disk ?

I want suggestion for purchasing a new hard disk for my laptop. I want to make my computer faster but it is slow still after upgrading RAM (now I have 16GB of RAM) but I think hard drive is problem. I need atleast 1TB storage or even 500GB will do but buying and SSD with 240GB or more capacity means spending Rs. 10000 and more (as size grows). So I am thinking to go for Hybrid Hard drives (SSHD) those have NaNd cache with traditional magnetic head. Before buying I want to know that is it safe to use it, is there any disadvantage of using SSHD compared to normal hard drive ?

If you look over internet then SSHD are very good but for reliability, I can't find any good information. But I think going for SSD only help you to have faster boot time and faster response for regular application. For random application, it will not make any difference. But now price of SSHD and Normal HD are almost same, and if you have laptop then go for SSHD. Just make sure you take regular backup of your system. Which is always suggested..
