I need a 2TB external hard drive and as usual with everyone else, I am also looking to buy something which is reliable , durable and also cheap. So looking for something with value for money. I have shortlisted following drives :

Seagate 2 TB Slim Back Up Plus External Hard Disk (STDR2000300) - Rs. 6612
Samsung 2TB External HDD M3 Portable (STSHX-M201TCB) - Rs. 6299
Adata HV620 2.5 inch 2 TB Wired External Hard Drive - Rs. 6440

From the three above, seagate looks cheapest but in past I had bad experience with seagate, so am little doubtful about it. Samsung is good company with their own R&D in storage product.. How is adata ? I read its online review and people say its good company and can be reliable .. I am confused now. Any advice ?

I suggest go for Seagate 2TB Slim backup plus because its not only from a reliable company but also its cheapest and slimmest. I have like you, no experience with ADATA. If I were you, would have chosen Seagate.

Go for Seagate 2TB Silim, not only its cheap but also slim and it has all good review around. I will also choose if I need to buy one.
